Account settings

Account settings holds everything that applies to your whole account rather than one site: your profile, plan and invoices, team, sessions, notifications and account deletion. For a single site’s install, skills and integrations, use Site settings.

Open it from the account menu at the top right of the dashboard → Account settings. The tabs are Profile, Billing, Invoices, Team, Security, Notifications and Danger.

  • Account name — the name of your organisation, shown in emails and audit records. Owners and admins can change it.
  • Default time zone — how dates are shown across the dashboard; UTC unless you choose another. Sites can override it, and audit exports always use UTC. Owners and admins can change it.
  • Your name — shown next to the actions you take. Anyone can change their own name.
  • Your email — the address you sign in with. It cannot be changed here.

Billing shows your current plan and the plans you can switch to. Invoices lists your billing history, with a link to view each invoice and download its PDF; it is empty until you have an invoice. Owners and admins can change the plan.

Invite teammates, change their roles, limit reviewers and viewers to chosen sites, suspend or remove members, and see what each member has done. See Users and roles and Member activity and sessions.

Your own signed-in sessions, with the current one marked THIS DEVICE, a SIGN OUT button on each other session and SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE ELSE to end them all. See Active sessions.

Two email switches, both on by default. Each person sets their own.

  • Escalation digest email — one grouped email per site when an order needs human review, sent at most every 10 minutes per site.
  • Weekly agent digest — one email a week (Mondays, UTC): which AI agents visited, what they asked for, what your guardrails refused, and anything new worth knowing.

Both emails go to owners, admins and reviewers, and only cover sites the recipient can access: a reviewer limited to selected sites gets escalation emails for those sites only, and a weekly digest built from those sites alone. Viewers do not receive them.

Delete the account. Only the owner can do this. See Deleting your account for the confirmation code, the 30 days in which you can cancel, and what happens to your data.
